On March 25, 2017, barely a week ago, we started our way back home. We now have less than three weeks left before we’ll be home in Victoria, British Columbia. But we’re not going the shortest route from Florida, we are going via California. And we’re also not only picking Supercharger routes, but are going off the beaten Supercharger track.

With all the driving and video-editing, and mostly really slow wifi that doesn’t allow for proper video-uploading, there’s been quite a backlog of videos to be published here. It might be more timely to follow us on Facebook for the next two weeks. You won’t need an account to watch the videos, they are all easily accessible. We’re rushing this trip home a little bit because of our presentation in Victoria BC on April 22. Have you marked your calendar yet?!

Still campground-hopping, but managed to drive more than 150mi WITH trailer on ONE charge. Had a Mega-Surprise waiting for us at the end!

We travel the I10 in the western Texas desert, up-hill against strong winds. NERD ALERT! A lot of charging and range talk (Making this a long video… ;-D).

We stayed at beautiful Top of the Hill RV Resort near Boerne. After breakfast at the Bear Moon Bakery and Cafe in Boerne, we continue on via Superchargers in Junction and Ozona. Due to strong headwind, we end up hypermiling to make it to our campground in Ft. Stockton.
